To reset a password for Microsoft Teams / Office 365 please do the following:

Parent (on behalf of their child):

Include the following information

1. Your child’s name
2. Their year group
3. What you would like the password to reset to:
   • Min 8 characters
   • Min 1 uppercase letter
   • Min 1 lower case letter
   • Min 1 number
